need electrical help! please!
2006 ford F150 STX 4.2 L, 2wd, A few years back I had someone wire up electric window motors in my base model truck, yesterday I was driving through a parking lot and hit my window switch to roll down, it clicked and didnt do anything, i hit it again and boom all power to the truck shuts off. the dome light, head lights work, but when you turn the key to the on position nothing happens(also with key in or out you cannot move the gear selector since there is no power going to anything), the gauge cluster doesn't come on, radio doesn't power up nothing, tried to jump the starter, the start cranks fine, but wouldn't fire. Trying to track down the problem, I figure with the timing something had to short out?
I went in the passneger side kick panel, and found a square 20 amp fuse blown but it was in spot 109( which according to what I can find is for power seats and some other options that my truck doesn't even have) upon reading some stuff I was inclined to check fuse 12, 32,33,34
Fuse 12 is good and has power, fuse 32,33,34 have no power what so ever.
Can anyone help me figure this out what to check and do? It is my only vehicle and i live 30 miles from work it is extremely hard to find a ride to and from work

Okay I can replace the fuses after work, from what I could read fuse 12 provides power to the pcm, which fuse is good and has power with a meter, fuse 32,33,34 didnt have any power coming to them with a meter from my understanding these get power from the pcm in order to start the truck? but i am not sure
check the fuseable link and fuse's under the hood too...the 20A fuse you said was blown has to be tied to something besides power seats that you don't have. Whoever wired your window motors may have tapped into that for power.
do you know where the fuseable links are located and where under the hood? I didn't notice any big fuse boxes under the hood. I did notice the windows were tapped into the ignition wire i believe, i have unplugged all of the window wires so there is no power or anything going to those incase that shorted out also complete un installed my aftermarket alarm system to make sure that wasn't the problem. and I did replace the 20 amp sqaure fuse with a new fuse and that didnt change any results

do you know which relay number that is? I dont have my manual and online i can only find the pcm relay numbers, and any idea where the fuses are under the hood to check? i saw one in the inside of the drivers fender had 1 fuse and 1 smaller relay in it i believe, not sure on how to find fusible links
Sorry...I'm at work and don't have my Owners manual either...you can use Google images for a picture of our fuse box. Your fuseable link..if you have one should be fine due to your headlights working...it would be located on the red cable going to your battery.
