Default need advice

2007 5.4 3valve. 80,000 miles well maintained. I had a valve spring break. Local mechanic gave it a complete head job with new valves etc. Also changed all the timing stuff, chain tensioner etc. Changed gas filter, new plugs and coil packs. Now truck runs bad when warmed up. Stuttering shaking etc. Will not pull any codes, (no check engine light). The mechanic thinks the cats are clogged. What do you guys think?
Man, I already spent a ton of money. I can't keep just changing parts on it.

Retorque all spark plugs and have cats checked or just change to high flows. Also check your air mass sensor and clean with contact cleaner

Well, I visited the shop, had all timing components replaced and complete head, valve job. No knocking or ticking. However truck runs bad. Mechanic believes I have clogged cats.

Man, you're kidding! Was that with installation? I am payin 600.00 dollars to the 3000.00 already spent. If this doesn't solve the issue I am going to have a heart attack!!!! Head job, with new valves, new plugs and coils, new gas filter, All injectors checked and working!!! New timing chain and all components!!! I mean what else could it be???? At least the engine is quiet and not making that dropped valve noise. Ford Gods, please have pity on me lol
