Default Loud knocking in cab

I have a 2005 scab 4x4. A couple days ago I picked up a scoop of mulch. On the way home I noticed a faint rattle in the cab. Seemed like it was coming from behind the rear bench. As the days have gone by the rattle is turning into a loud knocking when going over bumps. Sounds like a baseball in a paint can. I've looked under the truck for something loose and in the cab. My last idea is the rear sliding window motor has came off the brackets. But the slider does work. I do understand about the slider creaking and I have had that for a long time so I know its not that. Thanks for the help

Maybe a rear cab mount.
The rear seat shares the same bolt with the rear cab mount.

How about looking for a stuck chunk of mulch between the bed and cab.

Thanks for the replies. I took the jack out when it started thinking it was that. The cab mount is interesting. It seems like something is swinging and smacking metal and sometimes it seems like it gets hung up for a minute then comes loose again. I looked in between the cab and bed and didn't see anything. I'm having my dad drive around tomorrow with me in the back seat to try and pinpoint it. Its driving me nuts. Does anyone know how the rear slider motor mounts?

I have a picture somewhere... I think. I took my rear seat out last month to install a couple of amps. The motor was attached to the rear wall right in the middle of the cab a pot half way between the floor and bottom of the window by a couple of small screws or bolts.

Yep it was a real PITA! The first time. Then I found this forum and the video in the thread below and it was a piece of cake. Just make sure you use a long screw driver
