Default Lost Code For Keyless Entry

I bought my '08 F-150 new. I rarely used the keyless entry and when I did I'd use the original card that showed the code. I never memorized it and only remember that in included "77." I lost the card and the dealer says i have to bring the truck in and pay to have the computer scanned. Is there another way to recover the code? Thanks.

Default I beleve on mine the code is marked on the bcm behind rear seat

Been a long time since I went in there ,good to write it in your manual .I also put in a code of my own so that either code works .Been a very long time ago .
BCM =body control module . Yours could be different on an 08 it was a change over year .

If you search via Google, you'll find that depending on the model year, the code is printed somewhere in the vehicle. For some it's on the passenger's fuse box, behind the kickplate. For others it's behind the back seat. Do a search specific to your year. I believe the 2008 is behind the seat. You can also use both keys and get it with some years.

You guys are the best! Thank you all of my F-150 brothers. The code was on the module behind the back seat and the video made removing the seat very easy.

I think the original code is on the PATS module behind the rear seat.
