leveling kits?

Default leveling kits?

i have my 04 150 and im looking to do a leveling kit....should i go with a 2.5" level or a 3" level? besides the .5" what is the diff? and which one will actually "level" the truck?

The 2" will be fine unless you are going to add a brush guard or something else that will add extra weight to your front end, then go with the 2.5".

Just added the 2.5 autospring. Front is slightly higher then the rear. Will be adding a westen bull guard soon, that may drop the front a little. Truck looks much better now. I think the 3" would lift the front too much.

I had the 2.5" autospring kit on my truck prior to lifting it and was very happy with it. I think it was slightly higher in the front measurement wise, even with a Westin bull bar, but you couldn't tell it by simply looking at it.

Quick update...i just purchased my 2" autospring level kit and am hoping to order my new tires soon too...ill post pictures as the progress is made...

where is the best place to get the autospring lift at? Thinking bout doing it to my '06, not going with bigger tires right now tho.

The higher you go the more you will increase the angles of the cv joints on your front half shafts. A little is ok, too much they will wear out fast.

I went 3" on my truck. I can see that it puts extra strain on the components but I really don't care cause it's not a daily driver. If you go 3" you should do an add-a-leaf for the rear. Looks really good though.
