Default Leveling Kit

Just put 33" toyo m/t's on my 06 Lariat Super Cab. Want to level it for looks rather than clearance. Which size and kind would be best, their about 70-80 Bucks on Ebay. Any input would be great, Thanks

I went with 2 inch autospring on my 06 4x4 and it brought it perfectly leveled measured from top of tire to wheelwell.
