Default LED Headlight Problem

I changed out my headlights, marker/signals, and aux. driving lights(fog lights) to led and I am having an issue with the headlights going to hi-beam whenever I turn on the fog lights. Has anyone had this issue before and maybe can give me some ideas on how to fix this problem?

not sure what your saying... with your fogs on the high beams dont come on.. normally the high beams will shut off the fogs when selected ...

Maybe the fog lights are so bright you think the high beams are on....

If you don't get the LEDs with built in load resistors there can sometimes be issues (Fast blink signals), but I can't fathom any scenario like you're describing.

Also, when all front end lights are on there is a dimly lit hi beam indicator on the instrument cluster and when I activate the hi beam switch the indicator goes brighter but the headlights don't go any brighter cuz they are already on hi beam cuz the fog lights are on.

Yes, that is what used to happen but now when I have my headlights turned on and then turn on my fog lights, the hi beams come on as well as the fog lights.

I do have all the necessary resistors needed to keep from hyper flashing.

So you changed out every single light and now you're having issues.

You should troubleshoot your problems by adding every single old light back. If it does not happen, add ONE set of lights (fog, perhaps) and check. Then add markers. Then add signals. Then add the LED headlights back in.

I wager it's the LED Headlights themselves causing the problem, but you should start with the odd men out first.

Once you've figured out which set is causing the issue it's an easy fix after that. You don't use that set.
