I installed heated seats in my Lariat a couple of weeks ago myself. One of the easiest mods to do IMO. Took me about 4 hours and cost $100 for the kit off ebay. The removal of the leather was a lot easier than I first thought. Mounted the switches next to the cigarette lighter and it looks totally factory and I even made a new cigarette lighter bezel plastic piece. I live in Dallas and it gets chilly and I'm glad I have them and I'm more than manly man for it.
