What model controller do you have? Heard numerous members that have stated the time length was really long from order to getting the part. I want to order the controller now and order the fans next month. Having on part sit while I wait for the other is going to drive me crazy.

A brand new 2 speed Mark VIII fan can be found here for $99.95: You cut the outer part of the fan off and mount the fan/motor into your existing fan shroud. I did a writeup with pictures on another post.
