I was doing 50 mph and it felt like the truck was jerking. Almost like it froze up a second but then broke free. Then getting onto the highway it did it again, but i was accelerating so it felt like I had resistance.

It's a 2005 F150 5.4. With 8" lift, 35" toyo mt, CAI, exhaust, edge evo programmer ( no custom tune)

I don't believe so like 3 weeks ago the dealership checked my brakes and stuff, unless they messed something up. They resurfaced my rotors and replaced pads in the rear. Also wouldn't I smell my pads burning up?

Its hard to diagnose over the internet, but mine did a wierd jerking/vibrating at 50mph when it needed the plugs changed. I did a tune up and haven't had a problem since.

Most likely a plug issue.

Mine felt like that when I needed a plug change as well. Right around 50 m/h and low RPM. I also changed FPDM at the same time so not sure which fixed it but you are definitely due.
