Default intake idea

i was thinking about buying 15 to 20 of these and duct tapping them together to build a custom intake tube. it says 6-8 mpgs more a gallon. so 20x6=120 plus the crappy 16 i get now, thats 136 mpg. what do you guys think. might be onle able to use 15 because i just ordered 6 throttle body spacers.

Dude, don't forget racing stripes will give you another 10% at the wheels. 12 if they're yellow.

your truck already runs lean (with a lot of air and a gotts mod put you to touch the limits already without adding more fuel)... you dont need more air than that... if you put more air on it, you will need more gas to combine with it... the engines use a mix of air, fuel and spark to create the combustion, but to much air and very few fuel, wont get you anywhere.

but i feel that we missed your irony.... because you are kidding, right?

if you are being serious, that math wont put you in a rocket, dont try to apply for Nasa telling them that you had found how to make the F150 run more MPG that any hybrid in the market....

Well spacers work on carbed applications but fi useless. Tornados. All I can say is I have seen the very intriguing commercials years ago . Remember the blue misted air that's what sold it

idk if you put 8-10 of them in a row it would restrict it enough to where the engine had no choice but to shut down the fuel lol. playdough works just as good or you could just unplug a couple of your fuel injectors
