Muddy it takes about 15 min to remove, another 20 minutes to clean tb real good!! and then another 15 min of assembly back together... 5o min and that's really taking you time with everything, piece of cake and very usefull when iddling issues arise, just be carefull on that electrical plug ,pull the red tab up until stops then press so it could unlatch, now you should be ready to pull the plug out

lol yes, my TB is pretty clean. but it gets fairly dirty in a years time.

it only idles that high on startup. after it get ups to operating temp its right in the 500-550 range.

only takes me about 45 minutes to take everything apart, clean it, and put it back together. i think the first time i did it, it probably took me an hour or so.

one thing to remember is that you need to use TB cleaner and NOT carb cleaner. the TB coating will get damaged by the much harsher carb cleaner. i would suggest also having some of the blue shop style paper towels as they stay together and not flake apart like regular paper towels
