Why not just have your bumpers and side molding painted to match the color of the truck? There is some down time while the shop has the truck, but this has to be by far the cheapest way to eliminate the two toned effect you don't like. No need for new bumpers, yours are fine. A good paint shop can sand, etch prime, and re-paint the silver grey parts to match the black. They will look up the Ford paint codes to match (your paint code is on the drivers side inner door panel).
Personally, I like the mild two tone. Especially on the rockers, as this is where you may get stone chips in the paint. Dark colors show these flaws more than the lighter colors unfortunatly. But you are correct in that nothing beats a nice shiny black paint job on a vehicle.

Nice looking truck.

I am not a fan of the two tone either, but your truck looks really nice with the grey man...but a paint shop would be the cheapest way to go...

I'm not a fan of the two-tone either. Most of the trucks in my area have it though. Which really pisses me off since I'd hate to pay extra for something I don't want to pay extra to get rid of it.
