I also have the noise as well. Always happens when I'm slowing down for a light, but I can't figure out what it is. Not a big deal, but like you said, it really annoys the crap out of me.

Default Intake Vibration Noise

I am pretty sure it is the heat shield touching the brake lines. I think it is a simple fix. I am going to try to drill another set of holes in the heat shield box so it can be moved forward about a quarter of an inch.

My brother in law was actually the one that noticed the brake lines and he had questioned me but all he did is push down on them to give a little more clearance they are a soft metal so they will move just do it gingerly and I haven't noticed any vibration at this point

Figured out what my rattling was. Actually my heat shield is nowhere even close to the brake lines so not sure how others are. What my rattling was though was I didn't have the filter sitting on the tube far enough and the O ring clamp that holds it on was rattling against the heat shield. Pushed it on a little further and no more rattling, man is it nice not to hear that at every slow down anymore.
