How rare is this truck.
I have just started looking for a new truck. I am interested in a 04-08 F150 with a manual transmission.
I found this 2005 ford on autotrader that is the v6 with a 5 speed manual. It looks to have most of the options such as power windows/ locks, cloth seats and carpet, chrome bumpers and two tone paint.

I am interested to find out how rare it is to find a manual transmission in this body style that is not a bare bones work truck package. I did a nationwide search on auto trader and there was only a few that had the nicer non plastic grille and chrome.
I used to have a 79 F250 which was a great truck but it got destroyed by hail so I am currently driving a 95 Chevrolet but I am thinking about upgrading.

That's a good looking truck. With only 51,000 miles there should be a long life left in it. I would get it checked over closely by a mechanic or yourself if you know what all to look at.
Also get a carfax to see what its history is.

Yes I agree it is a good looking truck. Carfax says its one owner. Its Probably the exact combination im looking for. The only problem is that its a pretty far drive away for me. I was just curious how common a tuck equipped similar to this one is.
When buying used, you can't always find what you want next door.
I would be going on a trip soon if I were in your shoes.
Wow 1600 miles is a haul. This truck is 400 miles away from me in Ohio. I have driven 2 hours to look at a car before but It would really suck if I traveled close to 7 hours and truck was not what it looked like in photos.
