Idiots.
It has nothing to do with looking cool. In Alaska the highways don't have lights on them when you get outside of town. So, when I'm driving in the winter time when there's only a few hours of actual daylight, I need the brighter lights to drive on the dark 2 lane roads that you have to take to get out of anchorage (the major city in Alaska). Pissing off people like you is just a bonus. And if you were to flash me, I'd throw on my light force 240s I have behind the grill!

Yeah, but be realistic. You're sharing after all. Even though you think you're being selfish and keeping those photons all to yourself, you're actually shoving it up their retinas and dazzling oncoming traffic.
Sharing is caring.

This is one of those things that when done, needs to be done correctly.

I think those halo lights are pretty spiffy. Not sure if its practical though.

They probably will some day, but like drum brakes, reflector housings live on due to price. My Mazda has Xenon projectors and they are flat-out awesome. The PO of my 150 put some DOT-approved halogen projectors and they're almost as good as the factory HIDs in the Mazda. I'd prefer a slightly cooler light, but it's a filament. What are you gonna do?

You crackheads need to understand that projectors are a functional design. They're not just cosmetic. Ricers may have latched on to them as a cosmetic mod but they're here to stay, and I'd wager that they're eventually going to ace out reflectors in time.
Xenon arc lamps have a lot of advantages (efficiency, longevity, etc) the big downside is cost.

You're dumb. They don't blind oncoming traffic. You clearly have no idea.

Well, they will blind you if you look directly at them, like some dumbass like yourself would do.

I see them all the time on my way to work.

The glare is almost painful at times. Hard not to look at them WHEN THEY"RE COMING AT YOU ON A TWO LANE ROAD!

Narcissistic jackasses.

Wow, more inconsiderate douchebags in one place than I have seen in quite some time. Typical I don't care about anyone's safety but my own mentality........maybe someday they will grow up.
