There's a ton of HID posts on this forum; even a sticky. I'd suggest the search. simply type in "HID", and be prepared to read through the hundreds of posts on this subject, then make your choice.

I have them on my truck, and are for sure a lot better than stock, go with 5000k or 6000k for sure, anything higher seems to just produce color and not light, go for it

I have the 8k in my truck and love them. Mine are very bright with a hint of blue.

So I'm in the same boat, I've be looking to buy an HID kit for my fx4 heads and fogs and I found a guy on here with semi cheap prices(not too high to call overpriced but not too cheap where all you can think about is future problems) I don't know how creditable he is but 6k is the way to go everything else looks ricer! And I own an 08 Civic Si too but anything over 6k is blue and belongs on a 94 Honda POS, not trying to offend anybody with different HIDs, it is all personal preference

Sticky: All things HID. Use it.

Holy glare, batman, I hope you enjoy blinding other drivers. I know, screwit, doesn't matter, I can see, to hell with everyone else.

I have 6000 in headlights but been hearing about fog light housings melting or turning dark with hids. I only use 35 watt kits. Oh and I aim my lights a bit lower so as not to blind other drivers. It all about respect. HID nation has good prices and they are real good about warranty issues.
