Body shop. Nothing too serious. I have done this. It does make your stomach roll, but now you can start to add mods.

How much is the truck worth to you?

If you want to repair the best way would be to hammer it out, bondo then paint. A good body shop can have it done for $400-$600.

It means a lot, the truck only has 73,000 miles, I paid 12,000 for it and have about 4,000 into it and It's still under my extended warranty, it's not just a beater it's my baby

That's what I was thinking. I just don't want to spend a lot of money but want it done the best possible way... After I fix it I might sell it I'm not sure...

No its not. You will never be able to replicate stock welds and it will be very visible. Not to mention the extremely high cost.

If you want to have it looking stock get a body shop to hammer it out. The dent will be virtually gone and a slim coat of bondo will even everything out to 100%. There is almost no structure behind the steel skin of the bed, its an easy fix.

How will it be very visible? You don't see any welds. It likely wouldn't even even be welded, it would be panel bonded on. What you see there is at least a 12-15 hour repair, and with how long the panel is, it would likely be wavy. If that came in my shop it would be getting skinned.
