HELP!!! I have 2 problems
Okay so the first problem is I was driving my truck the other day and everytime I go make a sharp turn something in my front end keeps popping and I can't seem to figure out what it is I just put new shocks on 3 weeks ago so I'm sure what it is?
My second problem is yesterday when I was trying to figure out the popping noise under my truck I noticed oil all over my oil pan and around the front end of my truck, the plug and filter are both tight and it's not leaving any oil marks where I park and I can't seem to figure out where it's leaking from?
Any help on either would be appreciated!

Tracing oil leaks can be a pain. One thing you can do to help locate the source is to wipe down/clean all areas that have oil. Then drive normally for a day or two and then check underneath to see if you can pinpoint the leak.
As you described the "front end" of the truck being oily, that tells me the leak has to be at the front of the vehicle, as driving would force the oil to move towards the back (I.E. the oil pan). Check around the crank pulley, there's a seal there. Is there oil more forward than the crank pulley? Is the color brown or redish? Redish color would be automatic transmission oil. I'd check the lines that connect to the radiator as another member suggested. If it's brownish, then it's engine oil, or perhaps power steering fluid, and it could be coming from the power steering cooler (small 'radiator' looking cooler in the lower front of the truck). Check the power steering fluid fluid level to see if it's level is low.
Popping noise in a sharp turn may be A-arm nuts. My 2005 STX did this whenever I made a sharp right turn. I replaced my front struts several months after noticing this noise (struts had oil on their outer casings). I re-torked the A-arm bolts, and the noise stopped for several months. It came back again just recently. I haven't gotten around to re-torking them again.
This may or may not be your situation. Take it to a suspension shop and have the front end checked out. Ball joints or tie rods can also be suspect.
