Well since no one will buy them, I have decided to go ahead and put them on the truck this weekend. I have purchased a 3" SISO Magnaflow muffler, and a Heavy duty Magnaflow Cat for a 6.8L V10 to take the place of my four factory cats in hopes that that will be enough to avoid the CEL. I will post pics and findings of this R&D and let you guys know what works and what doesnt.

ok so i got a head start and pulled off the factory cats and my old true dual setup, pulled off the passenger side JBA shorty (worthless junk...) and bolted on the new full length header. only issuses with the new header is there is a tight squeeze between the starter and the frame. if i had to do it again i would remove the starter. All in all it took me about 45 minutes to get the JBA shorty off and about 5 minutes to put in, and bolt down the full length.

keep us updated on how things end up and also was there any thing is specific that had you choose the black painted ones from those ceramic coated ones they offer. ive heard the paint starts falling on those quick so let us know your experience with that once they are on and working.

I paid the big bucks once, i say again once, haha. I had a set of ceramic full lengths on my 5.0 gt, and the ceramic coating is great for sound and cooling down fast, but starts to flake in any type of humidity. I went with the high temp black painted ones because you can't see the headers at all from inside the hood or standing next to the truck. so i figured it wasnt worth the extra cash, specially since the cat and muffler were almost 250 a piece haha

Ok finally done, I will post my findings after all of the photos are posted. ENJOY!
New bungs welded to mid pipe after new cat
Extended O2's mounted in the new bungs after cat
Mod to heat shield on both sides to clear new mounting point for front O2's
Pace Setter Headers and 3" offroad Y-pipe
Magnaflow HD Cat for V10's
Magnaflow muff SISO 3" and chrome turndown
The only thing of the whole project you can see from the outside haha.

Ok now down to the nitty griddy, I LOVE EM! Hands down night and day difference from the JBA shorties and super 40 flows. All my torque is back and plenty more for a bonus. Ever since I put 35's on the truck it would shift in and out of overdrive on the freeway. Now it feels like the truck isnt even breaking a sweat. The project turned out to be much easier than I thought it would be, but it helps to have a shop with all the right tools. As for sound I am working of getting a clip for you guys, just didnt have time. The sound is a very low rumble almost like a 10" sub, I love it, not obnoxious at idle and people know your comin up on em at WOT haha. The only thing that i wish it had was a little more header ping, but hey its not a mustang either so i'll live with what i got.
