what all should i do to the exterior of my '05 to give it that harley davidson truck look? seems there are lots of options.

 

I'd start with HD grill, lights, badges, and wheels.

Grill, rims, blacked out lights for exterior.
Interior has custom seats, steering wheel, gauge cluster, doors, etc.
Also the engine had an optional supercharger and dual exhaust tips

 

thanks guys. i may just get the badges. my truck is already blacked out. i sure like that new 2011 4x4 HD edition truck, but its 50k.

 

i have the stx, so its carpet delete, should i put gray carpet or black carpet, my interior is gray. im gonna get some aftermarket Harley floormats, already got the steering whell cover. working on finding some fender and tailgate emblems. may have the rear side STX4x4 emblems changed to " HD-4X4". need ideas for cheap interior ad ons. seatcovers/something for the dash, etc.etc.

good question guys. really dont have a good answer. kinda like the theme i guess, and dont want to pay 50k for a real one.

 

just get the grill and rims and call it a day.

 

They do sell used ones occasionally, jussayin.

Everyone has the right to do with their money and truck as they wish but it does get a little annoying when people dont want to spend the money on the real thing and make theri reg f150 look like the HD or for example I have a raptor and a lot of ppl out there are trying to buy the running boards, grill, hood etc, I didnt spend 40k to have someone pull up beside me at a light with an xlt that they badged to look like a raptor or HD.
