Talking Going down to Troyer Performance!!!

I have an appointment on Friday March 21. I am replacing my intake with the AF1 3.5" My exhaust with a MBRP SI/SO 304 SS cat back AND I am going to get a set of Dynatech long tub headers with High flow cats installed, also made out of 304 SS. I gotta call Anita back on Monday to add the headers to the bill. Then she's going on the dyno

I love my wife

The 19th is our 14 year anniversary but this is our 18th year being together (since high school) I must be doing something right

Congrats! I had them install the AF1 3.5" and dyno tune my 08; great people. The 15th of this month will be our 30 year anniversary. I have been with my wife since HS also for a total of 35 years! Man I am getting old LOL. Hey let us know how the headers work out and post up on your set up. Where's Dumfries?

Right outside Quantico Marine Corps Base. 30 minutes south of Washington DC. Troyer is 200 miles from me according to mapquest and the drive is about 3 and a 1/2 hours.

Cool. I think it took me 3 hrs. to get there myself. Are you going to stay at the shop or drop it off and pick up up at a later date?

We going down the night before and coming home the next day (Friday) after he's done. That way we don't have to get up real early and have a long ride first thing in the morning.

What's down there? We may try to rent a car and explore the area a little. What hotels are close?

OH BTW the AF1 3.5 is LOUD. I just installed a Roush SIDO to try and balance the noise.

Mountains....and it's beautiful. Part of the drive you are driving beside a river with rapids and it looks great for smallmouth. I drove up and back the same day so I didn't do any site seeing other than the drive up in daylight. I am sure there are motels in town. A couple of the guys that work for me stayed in town years back when they were working at a camp or park up there. Ask Anita when you call her about the headers Monday.

First of all before I complain...Congrats on the marriage anniversary WC and for staying together thru the thick and thin, which seems to be a lost 'art' nowadays!?

Secondly "WOO-HOO on getting all those mods done to your ride and I'm excited for you, and can't wait to hear (and see...PICS! PICS! PICS!) how everything turns out.

Lastly, I'm MAD ...I want those Dynatech long tub headers!!!!

How about I'll finally trade you my nice WeatherTech floor mats for your long tube headers... ????

Thanks, when we got married when I was 20...she was only 18

I can't wait to hear how this sounds. Anita said the MBRP exhaust has a deeper sound than the Roush and Magnaflows.

AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Are you still going down on the 29th?
