Default Gears?

I have just joined this site and have been reading different posts concerning leveling kits and bigger tires. I havent seen anyone talking about regearing when doing these bigger tire swaps. Why is this? Also, for a truck with a the 5.4 and an automatic tranny what gears should I get when going to 33-12.50 or 35-12.50 tires?

General consensus on the site is that your OK up to 35's without regearing. You shouldn't need anything for 33s, my tires were bigger than that from the factory. I'd put the tires on and see what you think for 35s.

what do you have for axle ratio's now?

I have 4.10's from the factory, which gives me a little room to go to a taller tire without a severe loss of power, but if you were starting with 3.55's you might notice a loss of power.
