Fuse 14 blowing
A quick rundown.
Fuse 14 keeps blowing when i run my AC, I have parked the truck in my driveway for 30 mins, AC on. The fuse does not blow, i drive the car around the block, it will blow. I HAVE removed the 3rd brake bulb light to eliminate that possibility. Same thing happens. It blows. Fuse 11, Fuse 32 and diodes in the jumper box under the hood are all good.
Does anyone have any idea where i should should start?

Complete base truck, zero options
I now have new problem, I replaced the 10amp fuse with a 25amp. The fuse now doesn't blow but the truck has all the symptoms of the fuse being blown. ABS light on, no AC...

Well, the wiring downstream of the fuse probably "blew" since it was the new "fuse" for the excess current.
Now you've got two problems, the original one and the new one you created.
See https://www.f150forum.com/f4/fuse-14...556974/index3/ Read the whole thread, lot's of info there.

My guess is you destroyed the device that was shorted or you burnt the wire clear to the device . I would measure the current you now have running in that wire . A lot of wires in your truck cant handle 25 amps for very long . You made a heater wire out of it maybe burning insulation off the wire for a distance exposing it to steel ground along the way , hunt for burnt insulation . If you have zero amps on it then you burnt the wire in two pieces . Probably near the fuse . If you have some load then the spur that has the short on it may be burnt off near the short , the shorted item will develope a lot of heat but so will the wire from the fuse up to that bad device .
Your ohm meter can help on a dead circuit , at 1 ohm at 12vdc you will draw 12 amps ,at .5 ohms you will draw 24 amps . Just make sure you have a good ground to measure it to . Which is the negative side to the battery . You can then isolate your run in sections to trace your short . Using a high fuse is not good you can set the vehicle on fire and if lucky you will have to replace a lot of burnt wires.

That wont start a fire. Not enough current, its only 15 amp difference. Its strange, i've done that several times over the years with my Hondas when i was short on fuses and never had an issue. Ford wiring is very peculiar.
I'm thinking with the truck at this age and mileage its probably not worth bothering with. I'll end up getting into it and with Ford wiring **** the way they do will just cause more issues. So because Ford can't wire a truck as well as a Honda Civic or keep water out of the cabin its now on borrowed time, other stuff is going to start going wrong with it. It's a lemon now.
Its a shame. Trucks are such a racket, i wish i didn't need one for work.
