DOes this look like front end sag? Does have 17 inch tires on it

Is it an 04 or 05? If yes, then no. That's normal. The earlier generation trucks had a LOT of rake.
Ps 17" tires would be tiny! It has 31" tries on it

My 2005 2WD. had about 3 inches difference from the tires to the bottim of the fender well befor leveling it out. Looks normal to me.

So stock it has 31"s on it? Thinking about leveling kit, do you guys recommend it?

Most have them... 2" is what I would recommend. You can run 31's just fine with that.

I found one from hell bent steel. Billet aluminum, raises it by 2.5". Is that to much?

I didn't like the 2.5" after I installed on my 2wd. It put the front end about .5 higher than the back which is why I'd suggest the 2.
