No, everything is fairly new and was riding like new. Hit a bump and it compresses firm, but hit a hole and man it's loose and noisy.
I put in Monroe quick struts a couple months back, so the coil springs are new and intact.
I'm gonna have to inspect things that aren't suspension related as well.
I can't let this problem beat me. I've spent to much time and money, making it drive nice.

It's definitely possible. Would I be able to move the tire when it's jacked up? I'm only asking because when it was up yesterday, I grabbed the rim and it didn't move in any direction.

Usually there is play with a bad bearing, but you never know with these trucks. I was thinking bad suspension based on your original synopsis, but If you've checked them over already, then you've gotta just eliminate part problems one by one until you find the culprit.

Have you tried tightening the top center nut on the Monroe strut?? I hear Monroe ships them with that nut loose.....

Nope, but that is exactly where the rattle feels like it is. How do you tighten that nut? If I remember doesn't it just spin, until you can grab the piston.
I wouldn't be surprised, I've been kicking myself for buying cheap struts.
If I don't luck our there, guess I'll have to check my bearings and my 4wd workings.

Especial; if your right again, I'm gonna owe you two beers.

There may be an Allen head or a flat machined spot at the top to hold the piston with a box wrench while you tighten... I don't know how tight it should be, but a little greater then hand tight should work...
Start me a tab! Lol!

Can't speak for Masitile but I've got the same noise and replaced my bearings a few months ago and no change, still clunking and rattling like a clunker. I also have Monroes but its hard to believe a shock can make that noise. Sounds almost as if it isn't seated properly on the tower however nothing appears to be loose.
