Default Fog lights Turn on HIGH BEAMS?

So for some reason, whenever I go to turn on my fogs, it engages my highbeams and doesnt turn the fogs on at all. Has anyone encountered this at all? Its really weird. I have HID's Bi-Xenon bulbs in my headlamps, and i'm running regular bulbs in my fogs until this is resolved. I dont think its the regular bulbs. Anyone? Bueller? Bueller? TIA!

You're missing the point. When I turn my FOGS on, it TURNS ON my HIGH BEAMS. My Fogs never come on, just switches my headlamp from Low to High. The link you gave is to have the fogs stay on when the high beams come on. This is not my problem. Thanks, but anyone else?

actually your missing the point, like i said its a common problem with the hi/lo beam hid's if you do what is shown in the link i posted it will fix your problem and your lights will work like they are supposed to except that the fogs will stay on with the high beams, which is good for more light but if you dont like that turn off the fogs when you use the highs

Ok, so by doing this mod, this will allow me to run my fogs with my low beams, and also with my high beams? This mod will stop turning my high beams on when I just want my Low w/ Fogs? Is that correct? Thanks!

but everything else will, and to enlighten you a bit more, it is illegal to drive with your fog lights on when there is no fog, so legally your only supposed to have them on when there is fog and if you use your high beams you wont be able to see at all. so since we all follow the law doing this mod will not effect legal issues because the only time you use your high beams is when there is no fog so your fog lights will already be turned off

Actually I thought fog lenses are an amber color...I think we all have driving lights and its not Illegal to have your driving lights on in my state.
