Okay its a lariat with what engine and how many miles . What kind of work and maint has it had .
So bank one passenger side is in trouble . Does it crank ? Fail safe is usually associated with throttle body failure or a disagreement with gas pedal pos and throttle position. 05's had a bad series of throttle bodies . But with all your codes on bank one you may have more than one problem .
Fail safe is to get you home and not run into a wall at full speed because throttle stuck . This is fly by wire-- no cable between gas pedal and throttle body .
A common failure to start can be a corroded fpdm module on rear axle check that out . That causes a no fuel or intermittent fuel .If you are in salt country its a big problem . How about a fuel filter.

If the ECU thinks it has 400,000 miles, it probably actually does have that amount.

The mileage of a truck is not tied to its engine or transmission.

With the codes it produced for you, I think it would be akin to shooting "Paul Revere" when he came shouting "The British are coming - the British are coming"!
