Hey guys,

First, let me apologize if this is already covered, I did a quick search and couldn't really find what I was looking to find out.

I'm thinking about getting a factory sub/amp/box combo, but I would like to know where in the truck it sits. I have an 08 XLT Scab. Does it go behind the rear seats? Under them? If it is under them, how much space does it take up?

I'm trying to keep the space under my seats as free as possible, I use it to carry tools and such.

Any pictures would be really appreciated.

 

It goes under the rear seat on the driver side. It basically fills that area.

 

Here it is in my 05 and I'm looking at selling it as a matter of fact if your interested

 

Let me double check my truck first and be sure I have the correct plug for it. Hopefully it will just be plug and play, I'll get back to you in the next couple of days.

 

What head unit do you have?

 

It's the single CD unit with AUX input
