Default F-150 Issues

I havwe a 2004 F-150 with a 4.6l engine. I had a Tick in the engine. I replaced the Spark Plugs and injectors and it went away for about 2 weeks. Now its back on the passenger side. Could it be the Cam Phasers?
Or just a noisy injector?

Any Help?

Most the cam phaser problems are in the 5.4s

There are no cam phasers in the 2004 4.6L, that's strictly a 5.4L issue.

Thats cool. I did have two loose plugs on the passenger side. Wondering if they could be loose again and if so can anybody reccomend a thread lock for those....
or maybe a exhaust leak?

Any advice would help....

If the plugs were loose, there's a good chance there is damage to the threads, possibly leaking under compression.

Exhaust leaks can normally be found by the carbon tracks they leave on the heads around the leak. They will tick.

Default Loose Spark plug

Found the issue! a loose spark plug on the passange side second cylinder. It seems to tighten up. This is the second time...any ideas? Do I need sealant?
