Default Exhaust systems

I need to change out my cats on my 2006 f150 I was think taking the stock cats off and replacing them with these magma flow cats, I'm just curious if I will run into and back pressure or technical problems after swapping them, any advice would be great , thanks in advance

Might wanna double check if the one from Summit listed above is right. I know the cats on my '06 5.4 have the O2 sensors in them.

This is what I am not sure about. Maybe in 05 they changed the location of the O2 bung.
