I have a 2007 f150 and i recently had true dual exhaust done to my truck with an x pipe. im still not happy with how it sounds. the guy put on racing mufflers...i think theyre called KTR racing mufflers...anybody have any suggestions. any mufflers your prefer. i was thinking a dynomax bullet?

ive got flowmasters on mine and it sounds decent.

zero rasp at any rpm.

Another Flowmaster guy here. 40 series or 10 series are nice and loud. No rasp with my 40.

My vote is for bullets. The super 10 still has the chamber flap sound and with an X just isn't my cup of tea.

Easiest thing is to just search youtube for exhaust clips and see what you like best.

I've never heard them on a truck, but I fought the Flowmaster trend, and put Edelbrock RPM mufflers on my old 86 GT. I was really pleased with , and received a pile of compliments on the sound. It wasn't too loud, but had a real throaty rumble at idle, and when you whacked it, it let you know it was alive.If I decide to do duals on my truck, it'll include, high flow cats, an X pipe, and RPMs.
