It wouldn't increase life but would extend it vs not having a cross.

I guess I just never understood trying to squeeze out a few extra horsepower in a 6000+lb truck that will always be slow unless you go FI. I don't really care what a dyno says bc you'll never feel the difference on the road. Anyone that does is suffering from the placebo effect. I mean, I have a full custom exhaust on my Stang from the headers back and didn't feel any change, just sounds grade A badass. It's just my opinion though, and I have to give you, Otto, credit for always replying to the same thread topics everyday. You are a VERY patient guy and give a lot of good info to guys.

Thank you for the compliment. Trust me, I have thought about doing full write ups on every different area to try and cut down on commenting on the same threads, but I know they won't get read anyways . I don't expect everyone to agree or take to heart my opinions. I just like to share what I've learned over the years, get the facts clear, and open up good, professional debate.
