The cooling process for this air is the same as the process for the engine coolant minus a thermostat... for the most part. Nice Roush Charger btw! I am jealous!
He took a picture of the intercooler fluid reservoir tank which is positioned just forward of Jacks sig. What more do you want??? Provided he did call the reservoir an intercooler which is false. But you guys are equally impaired lol. The heat exchanger for the intercooler is what mounts out in front of the radiator. The only way to get a pick of the intercooler is to remove the supercharger. And as much as I like to help that ain't gonna happen.

Heres a pic of the Heat Exchanger pictured in the far right corner out in front of the radiator. Up on top of the radiator is my fluid reservoir. If you have an intercooled sc you will have componets very similar to this.

Thank you sir! I had to learn to. I've put many hours into it. Finding out what works and what doesn't designing and building my own CAI. The only thing I haven't done to this truck is tune it. But Troyer was kind enough to let me work with him on that too. A little over ten hours in front of the computer this past time around tuning this rig. It's been a blast.

I was showing the picture to point out the Reservoir. If you have a Intercooler Reservoir i'm 99.98% sure you have a Innercooled SC. The Org. Question was how do I tell if my truck has a innercooler

I wash mine with regular old Dawn and water. Being careful not to soak the coils or battery connections of course. Dry it with a towel or a leaf blower. Then I use a good detailer or spray wax by Meguars or Mothers.
