Without an upgraded fuel system you really can't make any more hp beyond the items you listed above. You have to free up power by reducing drag on the motor. Efans and an 80mm throttle body will free up some power. You can also work towards cooling your air charge with an additional heat exchanger and a venom cooler.

About how much would the throttle body and Efan cost? Worth the money? How much do you really gain

Depends. Naturally aspirated motors don't really benefit at all from the tb upgrade. Maybe 5hp at peak rpm. Sc'd motors respond with 12-15rwhp. This is a result of the Sc not having to work as hard for air. The efans can free up 10-15rwhp. Throttle body runs $300 and efans can be dirt cheap junk yard parts to $4-500 bucks. I set mine up as close to a factory setup as possible hoping to avoid premature failure. Thus far it has been great.

Troyers fuel system runs $1200 I think. It will support up to 1000hp when equipped with three pumps. I'm running the dual setup now.

You see that thing infront of the jack roush signature? That is a inner cooler it will say it on the lid of it.

Supercharger is the only thing i'd waste money on those crappy programmers people preach on this site i'd throw in the trash. I'm putting out 465 brake horse power and can blow there " off road exhaust" off the road.

If you want more power make sure you keep huge tires off your truck as well.

No offense, but I don't see an intercooler any where in this picture.

JADB is right. If you wanted to take an effective picture of the intercooler system of the vehicle, you should take the pic of the radiator associated with the intercooling system. The intercooler is just an additional radiator to cool the air going into the intake. The cooling process for this air is the same as the process for the engine coolant minus a thermostat... for the most part. Nice Roush Charger btw! I am jealous!
