engine build date and plugs

Default engine build date and plugs

my engine has a build date of 11/28/07 what does this mean for my spark plugs?

Sorry if this has been asked 3 million times.

nvm it means i have a 1 piece spark plug

Breathe a sigh of relief. You should have the brown coil boots and updated plugs.

SP509 motorcraft and don't forget to replace the boots and springs while you are at it.

Boot and coil for $2.22 each. AC Delco, OEM quality, indistinguishable from factory Ford...at least to me.

Those are the exact ones I bought.. they come in a set too.. better price. And you are correct you can not tell the difference between those and the OEM ones.

Update I gave the wrong date my engine build date is 10/25/07, but the boots appear to be brown.
