Default emblem help

The clear covering on my front grill emblem is peeling off. Priced a new from from the dealer and they want $52 for one. Checked e-bay and found some a little cheaper but not much. anybody got an aftermarket source or other suggestion?

Just pull the plastic off, repaint it, & put a few coats of clear on it. It will only cost you about $10-12 for materials plus your time. This is your chance to customize the emblem.

I didnt buy the overlays I couldnt find any that I liked and since nobody can make the Ford inlays or overlays now without getting sued I hand painted mine. It wasnt hard it was a little time consuming only because you have to wait for the paint to dry but as long as you have a steady hand you are set.

I went with an overlay but I did find the Ford Logo. Found a company in England still selling them.

Even got the steering wheel emblem to match.

Here is a link to thier site,

They shipped rather quickly.
