Question Edge Evolution p/n:15051 tuning help

I have a 2008 f150 5.4L lariat edition with a 6" lift K&N blackhawk edition cold air intake the tires are 35x12.50r18 I don't think anything has been done to the gearing. I put the Edge Evolution on it a few months ago and now i want to do a custom tune but i'm having trouble. Can someone please help?

So is the shiftfirmness only for when it is WOT? Yesterday I gunned it and it dropped into first but then when shifting into second it shifted hard but launched the truck! All the power came after the shift into second put me in my seat!

Ya if u smash if to the floor it will shift alittle hard. I pretty much stick to the number one trans mode. I got 3.55s road gears so it really helps up hills and stuff. It dnt shift as hard as the other modes just nice and firm. Sum ppl might disagree but I think it takes ur truck alittle time to get use to the programmer. At first mine shifted hard and now I have no problems
