Default Edge running wrong gear

What happens if you put your edge on the wrong gear ratio?

It shifts really funny. Did it on my truck on accident for maybe 20 miles then realized it. The locking into 4th gear was really weird. Check your door sticker and make sure you have it on the right gear ratio and there should be no problems.

The the stock PCM program should contain the correct ratio.

That's the gear ratio that was stored in your trucks stock PCM code, I would trust that number over the door tag's. That 5 mins worth of waiting when you first boot up the edge, is it reading your factory settings, making a back-up, and pulling those settings to use to re-program your truck. Unless some one changed the gear ratio or tire size the PCM code will have the correct info.

Hope this helps a little more then the vague sentence I typed earlier, sorry for that btw.
