Just got my Edge Evo and installed it in a matter of minutes. All I can say is wow! Like night and day. Set it up on 2 and have not adjusted anything else and it is like a new truck. No more lagging or moaning like it used to do all the time.

I've got mine running on Level 2 with a few tweaked settings. Definitely adds some "oopmh" to the 5.4. I love it. If you turn the tune off for a day, it feels completely different. I wouldn't say the MPG gains are huge, but I run the AMPG on screen to keep me off the gas too often.

The Evo is great. I run mine in lvl3 with 91 octane and it runs a whole lot better. The reprogramming of the transmission also cured a PCM issue that the dealer ignored.

Just curious if people see much problem if they are running 87 or 90, 91 octane gas on level 3? I can get 93 where I am at in Texas but alot of places I travel to do not have anything higher than 90 or 91

@TDM156 my buddy and I both have the edge Evo. I run mine on level 2 with 87 octane and it runs great. He ran his on level 3 on 87 and his truck went down hill quick. I wouldn't suggest it. I run 87 but add Lucas to it every few tanks I go thru. Don't know if it helps it but my truck has 121k on it and still runs strong

Lvl 3 is a 91 octane tune not a 93, you can actually advance your timing by 1.00 running 93 in lvl 3. . Lvl 2 is a 89 tune. The book explains it. You can get away with 87 in lvl2 with out knocking but I would not try less then 91 in lvl 3. If it knocks once on lower octane levels run lvl1. Knocking or early detonation will destroy an engines pistons.

I use 93 or 91 oct fuel here and run a modded lvl2. I have my WOT UP TO 1.65. And timing at +2.00. Standard shift points 33" tires and bumped my idle up ( the Gotts mod and muffler dropped my idle to 550 and was idling ruff in gear) now its at 750 and runs great. Might have a few more settings changed but don't remember lol. Need to look.
