Default Edge Evo issue

Here recently my Edge programmer has been acting up. For some reason my display is no longer showing my Average Miles Per Gallon display. The box is there and it says "AMPG" but there is no number under it. I have switched it between settings and still no luck. Anyone else ever have this issue and do you no a way to resolve this problem. Thanks, Pope

Unplug from the OBD port while driving? That won't mess anything up?

No, it won't hurt anything as long as your not in the middle of programming the PCM, if your drive along though, its okay to unplug it, sometimes mine freezes and I just unplug and replug while driving

Mine isn't freezing. I have mine showing 4 different reading on the display. The other 3 are showing the readings but the AMPG isn't showing anything

Programmer lesson for the day. The Evo and other programmers flash the PCM with a new file. After programming is complete, the PCM is stuck to that program. The Edge simply acts as a monitor from that point on and doesn't have to be plugged in at all.
Try plugging and unplugging it, and if you haven't updated it in a while set it back to stock and update. If it doesn't work beyond that then it is either the device has an issue or the truck isn't relaying the information for that parameter.
