Default EATC Self Test Mode?

Anybody know how to put our EATC into self test mode to see if there are any diagnostic codes? Also then what each code would mean? I did this for my 10th gen but I cant find out how to or if I can do this now with my 11th gen. Can't do any testing under the hood till the weekend but I thought I'd see if there are any code in the EATC first.

To enter the self-test, press the OFF and DEFROST buttons simultaneously and release, then press the AUTO button within 2 seconds. The display will show a flashing blower icon for 20 seconds, after which all vacuum fluorescent segments will be displayed if there are no on-demand DTCs present. If DTCs are present, the HVAC module - EATC will display "00 00" and then on-demand DTCs. Record all DTCs displayed

I think the process described in the link is for older models, though I'd imagine the codes remain the same. Good luck

Well I tried this method and it would not go into self test mode. Guessing this doesn't work for 11th gens.
