Default Dummy Brake light!

So a few weeks ago my truck's dummy light for the brake system came on. I've tried clearing the codes and it just says that there is no malfunction code. I've tried setting and taking off the parking brake because I know the light doubles for the malfunction code and the parking brake sensor, and that solves nothing. Any suggestions?

check your brake fluid level sensor switch,to check use a jumper wire and jump pins 1 and 2 cycle ignition and if it turns off its the sensor, if its on after jumping it try disconnecting the e-brake switch inside the cab and if it turns off its that switch instead.

What's the fluid level in the reservoir? If all the fluid is in the calipers, it's likely time for a brake job.

It's a malfunction in the cluster. Same thing happens in my 07' comes on intermittently. If you pop the top cover off above the cluster there is a ziptie trick to put pressure on the left cluster plug. Mine never did it until I removed the cluster to replaced the odometer bulb.

I will check as soon as I feel like I can without freezing or blowing away. I'm in Michigan on the lake and it's either been bitter cold, or today, a 50 or so degree jump in temps to 62 degrees, but now a constant 45mph wind. So when things calm down I will check.
