Default Driver, window controls malfunction

So just got my new (to me) 04' FX4 Crew cab with 86,000 miles on it and started pushing buttons as you know we all do! I found that from the drive seat I have no control over the right side rear window up or down, and only down control of the left side rear window. Both windows work fine from the controls in the back seat?

Is this a bad switch in the drive side door control or is it a bad connection?

On another note the cruise control doesn't work, they are replacing the PCM, is that going to fix it my window issue?

Bad switch. I had to replace mine at ~65k miles cuz it wouldn't control my driver window. If you want though it's real easy to pop out so just unplug it and replug it back in to see if that fixes it.

Our body style is notorious for bad window switches.

I think it was $35-$45 for me aftermarket, had to replace mine at 35k. Pretty easy to replace as you don't need to take the door panel off.

Switch might just need the carbon cleaned off the contacts. Search this forum and find a picture by picture instructions on how to do it. Very easy and effective. If it is the switch you can get a new one off EBay, $19.75 with free shipping. Very good product, had to replace my switch.

I had this happen to me so I took the drivers side switches apart and cleaned all the contacts with contact cleaner and it fixed my problem.

Had the same issue twice. Both times I had wires broken in the drivers door. Apparently Ford didn't think to allow slack for our doors to open.

I'm having a similar issue - but unlike the OP, the window does not work at the door also. If I run jumper wires to the window motor it goes right up though.
Tells me its the switches - but the switch on both the drivers door, and malfunctioning door, do not work. Does that make sense?
