I've never been able to figure out what this is and I have yet to come across anyone who has the same thing. It's to the right of my steering wheel where a 4wd switch would be and where a coin holder would be on a 2wd.

That would be to the right of steering wheel and looks like GPS or phone holder of some sort.

Thanks for pointing that out and I thought the same thing but where it's positioned you wouldn't be able to see a screen on a gps or a phone.

I bought the truck from an elderly gentleman 2 years ago. It's was very clean an in perfect condition when I bought it and the only noticeable modifications to the truck that he added was a k&n air filter and a bed cover. So I'm not too sure if he added that there or if it came like that. I've just hung a lucky rabbits foot from it haha. If you flip the little tension buckle on the bottom you can tilt it up and down and spin it around.

It's a cell/gps mount.
