I'd like to see that!

 

Why in the world does Ford not clearly list the differences between the different packages? I mean it seems that NOBODY really knows the differences between the Lariate 4x4 and the FX4. Everybody knows what they both have and most of the time its much of the same, but nobody really knows what shocks come on the FX4, the same rims come on both. Given, we all know the interier is different but come on Ford. Give us a chart or something. lol

 

I have a 2010 FX2. The big difference between FX's and other models is no chrome.
That gives them a different look.
The FX2 has a charcoal grill with body color bumpers, wheel lip molding and door handles.
The FX4 has a black grill with black wheel lip molding and door handles, and body color bumpers.
The interior is always black cloth (leather optional) with a center console and captain chairs.
And of course there's the FX placarding on the fenders, instrument cluster and floormats.
I'm sure the FX4 also has off-road stuff that I don't know about.

 

Ford does, if you look on their website they have a list of all the standard and optional equipment of each truck model.

Look at any dealer brochure for a new car and it compares all the standard and optional features for the different trim levels. I just found the dealer brochure for my '08 a few weeks ago online. Just google it and it will tell you all the standard and optional features.

 

Didn't say I have have FX4 Stickers. Just saying it was one of the only differences between my 4x4 and the FX4. Have all the options of the FX4 EXCEPT the dash cluster and FX4 stickers.

 

Does anybody know for a FACT what shocks came on the '08 FX4?
