Default Cut out PROBLEM!!!!!

Ok everyone I haven't looked through the site yet but maybe someone is having the same issue. Ill be driving my truck and at around 45 mph and little throttle the truck will kinda jerk and sound like its cutting out. it also does it around high way speeds with little throttle. The truck is a 2006 5.4 with just under 90,000 miles. Any help will work. I have replace the fuel filter at 89,500. Could it be injectors? Please Help!!!!

Thanks

Mine was caused by a fouled plug that wasn't bad enough to code.

I'd use this as an opportunity to change them out.
