With the crank sprocket dot at 6 o'clock the cam phasers should be in roughly these positions.

Take the chains off and carefully roll the cams to where they should be. Use diagrams from online and Using the marks on the chains to get the single colored link at the 6 o clock on the crank and the double colored links to straddle the R mark on the passenger side and the L mark on the driver's side.

And pray that the timing wasn't so far off that the valves are already bent.

I’ve did that numerous of times, but when they are lined up. The lobes are not in the correct positions.

Do I need to remove phasors and everything to get these all to line up?

I have rotated everything and no matter how much I rotate nothing lines correctly.

I do have a question, it may be a stupid question, but it says crank dot on sprocket at 6 o’clock. Could it be that 6 o clock is really 12 o’clock when look straight at it?

ok, I will rotate them individually and hope they are not bent.

how will I know if they are bent?

what is the best way to rotate Cams?

I think you should go whichever direction requires less rotation to get to the correct alignment, but if that's clockwise I'd try just putting a socket on the phaser bolt.
If it needs to go counter clockwise you can try the that but it might make the bolt come loose if it's hard to spin. You could also use vise grips on a non critical area, like between a lobe and a journal cap I know there's room in there somewhere.
To find out if valves are bent, after you get it timed properly do compression test or do a cylinder leakdown test when all 3 valves are closed.

th

this is about as close as I can get it before it automatically wants to kick over further.

Driver side

Passenger side

mine last attempt and this is where I’m at. I feel that once I put chain back on it will kicked back to where it’s not under any kind of tension

The passenger side looks like it's pretty close, but you need like another 1/8 of a turn clockwise on the driver's side for the marks to line up.
here's a quick video that shows the alignment from a nice straight on angle.

DO your chains have the timing marks? You need to get them properly lined up.

I hate to say it but feel I must warn you those phasers look like some aftermarket ones and they might not last long before they fall apart.
For all the effort required I think the ford phasers have the best chance of surviving unless you are going to lock them out.
