It might help to test the voltage between the PCM and the plug coils. You can remove the connector at one coil, connect a test light between either wire and battery ground, then crank it to see if the test light blinks. If not, test the other coil wire to battery ground. This test will provide some direction for what to test next.

I think you got to pull cover back off , get the timing tool it lines it up for you. Hope that's not the case but sounds like it's not right . Did you watch fordtechmackuloco on YouTube. His timing job series is tip notch . Also those broken guides are down in your oil pan drop it and clean the pickup screen

Good morning, I have been slowly taking it back apart but due to being out to sea the past few weeks I have not been able to work on it. I’m gonna dig back in hopefully this weekend. Appreciate all the responses and hopefully I can get this resolved.

Cam Lobe Position #5

Driver side Phasor

Passenger side phasor

Cam lobe position #1

I was finally to come out today and attempt again to get this damn thing timed. As you can see in the pictures, I think I have #5 in the correct position but the phasor still looks off. On #1 it looks like it’s supposed to be at the 9 O’clock position but it is not, I cannot seem to get both in the exact position at the same time. Also the camshaft Dot is at 6 o’clock right now.
what am I doing wrong besides not being a mechanic.
thank you all for the assistance.

Can you post a couple photos from farther away like hole the camera next to the radiator so we can see each side and both together in one shot if possible. It looks to me like it's not timed correctly to me but the photos don't show everything at once.

Yes I will post a picture first thing in the morning, it’s definitely not timed correctly, hoping I can get it there. Thanks again

If the crank pulley dot is at the bottom in these last photos then both sides camshafts are mistimed....
