Confused and need help
I have a 2004 xlt 2wd and im wanting to put a level kit on it and 33's but i have a few questions..
http://www.hellbentsteel.com/catalog...it/category/5/
does anyone know if this brand is good or do i need to get something with more value ?
Also in order to put 33's on this truck do i have to buy a set of rims too ? Im just learning about all this and i really dont know anything. What are the stock size tires and rims on a 2004 xlt extended cab 2wd ? Would those rims hold 33's i guess is what im saying

HBS is fine
Yes you can run 33s. You'll need to get 305s (12") or thinner to prevent UCA rubbing on your stock rims. Your rims are 7.5" wide with 5.5" BS, people stuff up to 12.50 width tires on them regularly (you may have to go to more than one shop to find one that will put a tire that wide on a stock rim), you'll be fine if you check air pressure and rotate regularly..

305/55R20 ~ 33.2x12.00R20
You'll be a little closer to the UCAs than the 17s or 18s due to the higher backspacing and increased width of the factory 20s. I'd make sure someone has tried out that size with good luck (remember side lugs can influence rubbing as well), but I think you'll be alright.
